For added safety, a photo-optic sensor automatically stops the unit if the user exceeds the lower limit of step travel. Convenient features such as handlebar-mounted resistance and controls, a 2-speed cooling fan, and an accessory holder make every workout efficient and enjoyable. With 20 resistance levels and speeds of up to 157 steps per minute, the VO3-SM5 is built to challenge even the most dedicated athletes.
