The ONYX Seated Row is a premium plate-loaded strength machine engineered for targeted back development and smooth rowing performance. Built for high-end training studios and commercial fitness facilities, its arm movement path is ergonomically designed to match natural shoulder mechanics and the muscle fiber direction of the back—delivering controlled, comfortable reps with strong activation through the lats, rhomboids, and trapezius.
The multi-grip handle design offers multiple grip widths and orientations (wide to narrow, overhand to neutral), allowing users to train for both back width and thickness with precision. Wide slip-resistant footplates provide stable positioning across different ankle mobility levels, while the precision-angled chest pad supports proper range of motion and easy handle access. A pneumatic, infinitely adjustable seat helps users of all sizes achieve ideal alignment for safer, higher-quality pulls.
